Incepted in 1991, KRH, the HR arm of Beyout Investment Holding Company (BIG), provides Integrated HR Solutions and Life Support Services to various clients in Kuwait. It caters to various industries such as defense contractors, civil construction, telecom, oil & gas, healthcare, automobile and others. With its core team of 500 employees, KRH manages more than 10,000 individuals working with its clients as secondment staff for various projects.

Today KRH is recognized as a well-founded, sustainable and legal partner to businesses within the region. As industries evolved KRH was agile in gaining a deep understanding of its clients’ changing needs, and reforming its strategies to address new challenges.

KRH has been registered with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry as well as the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. KRH manages its operations through its head office in Kuwait, while coordinating other branches in Qatar, UAE, Bahrain and Jordan.
